We work on commercial development, including commercial property and hospitality assets as well as a wide range of residential developments. We are particularly focused on providing funding for infrastructure, development and business expansion projects through our extensive connections. Including some market disruptive options.
In partnership with our key funding partners and team of debt and capital market experts. We are looking to support both large and small scale projects in various asset types. Many of these can be infrastructure, development or business expansion opportunities in partnership with various international clients including some sovereign state offices. The offering is unique, proprietary and market disruptive and provides for a very flexible and attractive approach to most project requirements. We work within our network of professional connections to locate and secure attractive and high quality projects in this regard.
We are interested to work with and on behalf of our network of business partners and their clients to secure commercial properties, including hospitality and business opportunities with a view to long term management or restructuring providing actively managed and profitable property portfolios.
We aim to recommend the most efficient way to offer these in alternative structures where applicable to maximise their revenues.
The main thrust is to provide excellent yield producing assets attractive to institutions.
We have access to some land availability and are seeking available land opportunities with or without planning consent for our various developer clients, providing for both commercial and residential projects in the UK and overseas.
We can assist with the selection of the various parties required to move forward with residential or commercial projects. In addition we can advise on various structures, depending on the ultimate routes to market.
We can also be retained to secure the required funding from a multitude of sources on every project we participate in.
We work with specialist developers, who have access to high quality refurbishment and redesign projects. These are generally located in and around major cities, in particular London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool or University locations, including Oxford and Cambridge.
These areas are selected due to the high demand for rental properties. In addition these offer very attractive short term projects for our funding partners.
We can also consider assisting our overseas clients with non UK opportunities.
We work on behalf of our network to secure various residential developments. These can range from individual properties to multiple unit projects, with in the UK and overseas.
We have funding available to work with developers to secure multiple unit sites or provide funding for the initial site acquisition. we specialise in large scale funding requirements at very competitive terms, often with a long term funding line.
In addition we have an extensive network of real estate groups and property specialists Globally, interested to market the end units to their clients and institutional connections.
